1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Cover the turkey with foil
3. Place in oven. Drop oven temperature to 275°F.
Approximate Cooking Times:
Roast at 350° for 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours if thawed or 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours if frozen, or until temperature reaches 150°F in the breast.
