Create New Vendor Account

This agreement by and between Passion Delivery and (Vendor) shall commence on [Agreement – Created Date] will be considered agreed and valid upon signature by both parties and once we validate your registration.

All activities and services provided by the Vendor will be supervised by the Client’s staff once approved as a vendor.

The following terms and conditions that we will be sending once vendor is approved, as applicable to the services and/or goods being provided, shall govern the use of Personal Information by the parties.

Qualified Vendors must have company registration. The Vendor must have these current company documents as shown below:

• Company registration letter
• VAT registration letter (Por Por 20) (if applicable to your company)
• Verified Thai Id /Passport as the business owner

It will be the vendor responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you on registration and at any time thereafter are complete and accurate.
