Scarletta Egg Plant Lasagne is our vegetarian option and made from chargrilled aubergines in a ragu made from Roma tomatoes. Layers of fresh egg pasta all topped with a selection of cheese.

Ready to eat and can be cooked in the oven or just reheated in the microwave.

Cooking Instructions

Recommended cooking in Oven or Toaster oven: For best results cook from frozen. REMOVE plastic cover and cook at 180C - 360 Fahrenheit for 45 mins or until piping hot. 

Microwave: REMOVE ALL Packaging Lid and FOIL container, put in microwavable dish, cook on full power for 8-12 minutes or until pipping hot.

Great severed with some green leaf salad, dressed in virgin olive oil.
