We love sausages but we want to be healthy. With so many alarming stories about the harmful chemicals and unhealthy ingredients that go into mass produced sausages, we wanted to improve and change the image of the humble sausage by creating a sausage that is healthy yet delicious.
After much research and many sausages later, we have created a sausage with only natural ingredients, free from nitrates, artificial flavorings, colorings and additives, that is also low in fat, sugar, salt and emulsifiers. Most importantly our sausages are bursting with the flavors of locally grown fresh herbs and spices.

Our focus is not only on the quality, taste and the healthiness of the sausages we make but also to the environment. We ensure our production methods are environmentally friendly by avoiding unnecessary wastage to reduce our carbon footprint. Sausages are meticulously made to order by hand – not mass produced. Our facility complies fully with the most stringent international food safety, GMP & HACCP standards.
